Shipping policy

Order Processing Times: 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

 

Shipping Times:

We ship from our suppliers overseas to South-Africa, Orders take approximately 7-9 business days to ship. Orders will arrive within 9-14 business days.

 

Shipping Costs: 

• Orders with an order value of R10,000 or more before taxes, have free shipping.
• For orders with an order value of R9,999 or less shipping costs are calculated on the dimensions and weight of the item being shipped.
